Refund Policy

All our products will serve their intended functions and are guaranteed to be fresh and/or in good order upon delivery. Fresh flower arrangements will stay fresh according to their life span under proper care.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with the item that has been delivered, we should be notified immediately.

VIBRANT BLOOMS.com.my will gladly refund the amount of your order if the flowers or products are damaged or defective upon delivery to the recipient; provide such defects are reported to us within 2 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse any request for refund if we are not notified promptly.

The refund amount will be charged back to the originating account. For credit card transactions, all refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, it will be processed and the amount credited to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to be reflected in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Refunds will not be made under the following circumstances:

  • The address provided by the sender is incorrect; this could be due to relocation of the recipient.
  • The recipient is not at home at the time of delivery (despite prior appointment) and/or the recipient cannot be contacted at the hand-phone number provided by the seller (e.g. hand-phone has been switched off).
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been attempted for delivery but cannot be completed successfully because the recipient is unavailable. A re-delivery charge will apply.
  • The recipient refuses to accept the flowers or gifts due to personal issues with the sender.
  • The recipient cannot be reached when delivering to places like hotels or hospitals.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please note the following:

  • You must inform us via telephone or email at least three (3) days in advance before the date of delivery; otherwise it is not possible to the cancel the order.
  • An order cannot be changed or cancelled once the flowers or products have been reserved, designed or presently en route for delivery.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been attempted for delivery but cannot be completed successfully because the recipient is unavailable. A re-delivery charge will apply.
  • An order that has been placed with incorrect address that prevents delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • For cake deliveries or other items that require reservations, cancellation will not be allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.

For wedding package orders, VIBRANT BLOOMS.com.my reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund any payment made by giving notice to the client at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. All online payments made will be refunded via ipay88.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitution of flowers may be necessary when creating arrangements or bouquets depending on seasonal availability. This is also to ensure your order will arrive on time.

Seasonal and regional conditions can also affect the supply of our inventory of products and accessories. This means that flower arrangements, bouquets, gift baskets, funeral tributes, vases, holders and wrapping material may vary from the examples depicted. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions with the best and most appropriate products available, whilst maintaining the full value of your order.

Where substitution is necessary, the following rules will apply:

  • Wherever possible, customers will be informed of any major changes to the product before delivery if there is sufficient time.
  • We will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. We use only the freshest of flowers and fruit and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability for those items.
  • We will change or modify to other product designs of the same value if the colors and flower types are not available. Although this is rare, it can happen when supply is low or demand is exceptionally high during a particular season.
  • In single-flower arrangements such as an all-rose or all-orchid bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. While we will deliver the types, number of stalks and colors of main flowers that are ordered, however, the fillers, wrappers or the way the flowers are arranged may be different from the image posted. The end product will always be maintained to its professional standard, quality and value.
  • The substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand during major holidays or festive seasons. When substitution is necessary, the utmost care shall be taken to maintain and preserve the overall effect of the presentation of the products.

Contact details, including email addresses are not released under any circumstances or for any purpose.

All information from forms or email is not sold, reused, loaned or rented to anyone.

If you register as a member on our site, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address. We use your purchase history, contact information and other registration details to send you information and to otherwise enhance your shopping experience.
