Please note that we provide delivery to most areas within Klang Valley. For more details, please click here.

To ensure that your order is delivered safely to the recipient, please provide accurate details such as delivery date, address and recipient’s contact details. Please also ensure that the recipient (or his/her representative) is available to receive the gift.

If the first delivery attempt fails, we could arrange for re-delivery to the same location at the next available time slot, subject to a surcharge. If you require the item to be re-routed to a different address, a re-routing fee shall be imposed depending on the new location.

Peak Season Delivery

During peak season, delivery of flowers and gifts will be made between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. Due to high volume of orders, request for specific delivery times will not be entertained. This rule applies to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day weekend and the week preceding major festive celebrations such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali or Christmas.

 

Valentine’s Day

Kindly note that there is a price increase for orders delivered between 7th and 16th February. This is due to the surge in prices of floral materials such as roses and other in-demand flowers around Valentine’s Day.

Please ensure that the recipient’s address, contact details, and gift messages are correct when placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders received for the occasion, we will not be able to accommodate any amendments to your Valentine’s Day order.

 

Substitution Info

Seasonal and regional conditions may affect our inventory of products and accessories. Hence, substitution of floral materials e.g. baskets, plush toys or wrappers may be necessary to ensure that your order arrives on time. We reserve the right to make substitutions with the most suitable products available whilst maintaining the full value of your order.

We use the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability of floral materials. In single-variety bouquets (e.g. all-rose or all-orchid) we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour. The final product will always be maintained to its professional standard, quality and value.
